78ace was built on a simple belief: Malaysian players deserve a platform that is honest, secure, and genuinely understands their needs. From slots to sports, from blackjack to e-sports — everything we've built has local players at its core.
78ace grew out of an honest conversation among a group of people who genuinely understood Malaysia's online entertainment industry. We saw a clear gap — on one side were foreign platforms that had no real grasp of how Malaysian players think, communicate, or transact. On the other were local platforms that fell short on technology and game variety.
The conclusion was straightforward: no platform had been truly built for Malaysian players from the inside out. So we built one ourselves. 78ace was developed with a Malaysia-first mindset — not just translating an interface into Bahasa Malaysia, but deeply understanding what Malaysian players look for, the payment methods they use, the games they enjoy, and the level of service they expect.
Today, 78ace has grown into one of the most recognised and trusted online entertainment platforms across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Alor Setar. This success is no accident — it is the result of our team's dedication and the trust placed in us by each and every one of our hundreds of thousands of members.
"Our mission is simple: make online entertainment in Malaysia safer, fairer and more enjoyable — for everyone, not just a select few."

Every cent you deposit with 78ace is held in a dedicated, segregated account reserved exclusively for player funds — it is never used to fund our business operations. This ensures your money is always available and can be withdrawn whenever you need it, regardless of the platform's financial position.
At 78ace, we don't just add a 'responsible gaming' page as a box-ticking exercise. It's woven into the very DNA of our platform. We believe entertainment is at its best when it's in control — when you play within limits you set for yourself, not ones pushed on you by the platform.
That's why 78ace provides a range of tools you can activate at any time: daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, a temporary account pause option, and self-exclusion for when you need a longer break. All of these tools are accessible directly from your account — no need to contact customer support.
We also never use pressure tactics or aggressive nudges designed to push players into spending beyond their means. Every 78ace promotion and bonus is built to add value, not to manipulate. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming ours.
Many players have reached out to an online platform's support team only to receive a generic reply that completely missed the point. At 78ace, we invest in a real human support team that speaks Bahasa Malaysia and truly understands the local gaming context.
Our team is available around the clock via live chat within the 78ace platform, Telegram and email. Whether you have a deposit issue, a bonus enquiry or a technical problem, we aim to respond within 2 minutes via live chat. We know your time is valuable — and nobody likes to be kept waiting.

Malaysia is home to one of the most active gaming communities in Southeast Asia. From MLBB MPL e-sports watched by millions of fans every season, to a rapidly growing online casino community, Malaysia has a uniquely vibrant digital ecosystem. 78ace understands this ecosystem because we are part of it ourselves.
When ECHO Malaysia clinches an MPL match late at night, 78ace players from Sabah and Sarawak celebrate right alongside their friends on the Peninsula — and they can all mark the moment with bets they've already placed on our platform. When JDT wins the league, fans from Johor to Kelantan who backed them on 78ace get to enjoy the win twice over.

From a mamak stall in Chow Kit to a budget room in Cyberjaya, from a terrace house in Subang to an apartment in Kota Kinabalu — 78ace players are everywhere. And we're always there for them, every moment, every day.
Trust in this industry isn't something we ask for — it's something we have to earn every single day. And the best way to earn it is through a track record that speaks for itself, one that can be seen and measured objectively.
Since launching, 78ace has processed millions of withdrawal transactions with a 99.8% success rate in under 3 minutes. We have never delayed payment on legitimate winnings. We have never retroactively changed bonus terms to avoid paying out. These aren't just claims — they're a real track record that our player community can verify.
We are also fully transparent about the RTP (Return to Player) rate for every game on our platform. You can check for yourself exactly what percentage is returned to players for each game — information that many other platforms prefer to keep hidden. At 78ace, transparency is not a choice — it is simply how we operate.
Ultimately, the best way to judge 78ace is to try it yourself. Sign up for free, claim your welcome bonus, play a few matches or spin a few slots — and feel the difference between a platform that genuinely cares about its players and one that's purely chasing profit.
